Whenever we refer to 'the Company', 'We', 'Us', or 'Our', we are talking about Happy Bra, registered address House no. 5, Bhandup West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400078. The HappyBra Platform helps users buy Women's Intimate Wear such as bras, panties, shapewear, activewear, sleepwear, and other related products.

We ship and deliver our products throughout India. Our goal is to ensure you have the best experience possible when ordering from HappyBra. We partner with top logistics providers to handle your order and ensure a hassle-free delivery. We do our best to deliver the Products to you promptly.

By using the HappyBra Platform or purchasing a Product on it, you are agreeing to be bound by this Policy's terms without any changes. This means that you are bound by the terms laid out in this Policy, which you cannot alter. 2 TERMS OF SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We partner with third-party logistic service providers in order to effectuate Product shipping and delivery to you (“Logistic Partners”). We will give you the Logistic Partner's information that will handle the shipping and delivery of any Product(s) that you buy on www.happybra.com. This happens once the Product is processed and given over to the Logistic Partner by us. Your order will be packed and dispatched within 24-48 hours and delivered to you in 5–15 days, depending on your location. The HappyBra Platform will notify you of the expected delivery date. The HappyBra Platform will provide the user with an estimated delivery timeline for their purchased product. We will let you know about the estimated timeline for your order on the confirmation page displayed when you confirm your purchase. After dispatching your orders, we will promptly notify you through the email or mobile number that you have provided/registered with us. We believe in keeping you updated with all the details to ensure a satisfying shopping experience with us. We may choose to deliver orders ourselves instead of using a third-party delivery service, even though we usually use Logistic Partners to deliver the Products.

By using our Products, you acknowledge and accept that we make every effort to deliver across India, however, there may be instances where certain areas are not eligible for delivery. We reserve the right to decide which areas are unserviceable for such purpose at our sole discretion. We and our logistic partners cannot ship and deliver to unserviceable areas. If you live in one of these areas, we will not be able to process your order on the HappyBra platform. If we can't service an area, we'll let you know when you try to order on HappyBra. You may also verify whether an area is unserviceable for deliveries by us by entering the relevant area pin-code on the HappyBra Platform.

When purchasing our products, we may need to obtain certain information from you, such as your name, shipping address, billing address, contact information, and notable landmarks to ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely manner. Please note that we will take every precaution possible to ensure that your personal information is held in the strictest confidence. Please make sure that all the information you provide on the HappyBra Platform is correct and detailed enough to clearly identify the delivery location. If you don't give us the correct information when you order something, and we can't deliver it, it's your fault. You are responsible for making sure the information you provide is complete and accurate. Please be informed that we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that all information provided is accurate and complete. If you make mistakes or forget to include important information in your request, it may slow down the process and we can't be responsible for any problems that may come up as a result.

We are committed to ensuring that your chosen product arrives at the provided address within the estimated delivery time that we have communicated to you. Rest assured that we will make every effort to fulfill our promise of timely delivery. If you're not around to receive your order, the delivery will be attempted up to three times by our logistics partners. If we can't reach you on the third delivery attempt, we may cancel your order and take back the products; this decision will be solely at our discretion. Please make sure to be available to receive the delivery on the scheduled date and time. It is your responsibility to do so. If you fail to comply with our guidelines regarding your order, we may cancel it. We also hold the right to subtract any shipping and delivery expenses that we covered while processing refunds after canceling an order.

While we try our best to deliver your purchased products on time, please understand that delays can happen due to various reasons. We understand the value of timely delivery but sometimes unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, logistical issues, and unforeseen events may slow down the process. However, we assure you that we will keep you informed throughout the process and make sure your order is delivered at the earliest possible time.
If there are delays, we'll do our best to notify you by email and/or text message using your registered contact information. We are not responsible if we don't notify you about delays in the delivery of the Products you bought on HappyBra. We are not responsible for any compensation for delays in the shipment or delivery of the products you purchased.

We aim to work with Logistic Partners, employees, and agents who uphold ethics and integrity. We expect a high level of professionalism, competence, and good manners. You agree and acknowledge that the actions, and inactions of delivery individuals are not in our control, and it is not possible for us to monitor and observe each delivery executive. We are not responsible for any mistakes made by our delivery agents, employees, or our logistic partner and their employees. We're accountable solely for delivering your purchased product. This refers to any problems with the service, product delivery errors, shipping delays, package tampering, or other issues that may occur during the delivery process. Please note that we cannot control the behavior of our delivery executives or employees of our Logistic Partners. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any bad behavior, disrespect, rudeness, or offensive conduct demonstrated by them. You'll need to handle any disputes with our delivery staff and our logistic partners' employees on your own. We won't get involved in these conflicts. You understand that we are not responsible for resolving any disputes between you and the delivery personnel who deliver your Products.

Once you buy something on HappyBra, we quickly process your order and send it to our reliable logistics partner to be delivered. Once the User buys a Product, they will receive a special tracking number. They can use this number to check the delivery status of their purchase. The Logistics Partner will handle the delivery. Customers can use a tracking number to follow their purchased product on the HappyBra platform or the website and mobile app of the logistics partner. This will allow them to know the estimated delivery time and current location. Our customer service team coordinates with the Logistic Partners to ensure that the Products are delivered to you at the earliest and makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that the Logistic Partners update the tracking status of the purchased Products on a real-time basis. Please note that we use third-party service providers to deliver our products, so we cannot guarantee the accuracy of tracking status. There may be inconsistencies due to technical difficulties beyond our control, such as delays in updating information.

We shall charge the shipping and delivery fees as mentioned below from you. Shipping charges may vary based on the order value of the Product that you have added to the cart. We are allowed to charge you for the delivery service provided by our logistics partner. This fee will be collected on their behalf. In the event we charge a shipping fee for the delivery of a purchased Product, such shipping fees will not be refunded by us pursuant to any return request raised by you. We may refund the shipping fees if the Product is defected, damaged, deficient, or incorrect due to our fault. We will verify the situation and make the decision. When you receive the Products you bought, you become the owner and responsible for them.
Shipping and Delivery fees shall be charged as below.
Order value from 1/- to 999/- : Shipping & Delivery fees is Rs 100/-
Order value from 1001/- to 2000/- : Shipping & Delivery fees is Free.

We make it easy for you to return purchased items by working with our reverse logistics partners. Once you ask to return a product on the HappyBra Platform, we'll confirm it and our logistics partner will contact you to get the items back. We process returns and exchanges of purchased Products in accordance with our Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy.
